The public roadmap for chapter releases, RFC topics, revision notices, and future working-group activity.

Current Release

Part I · Chapter 1 + Chapter 2 + Appendices A-D

The initial web release introduces RSF's general overview, six capability domains, standards mapping, 4S adoption logic, innovation positioning, and glossary. This establishes the problem definition and framework architecture before detailed domain chapters are published.

Chapter Release Path

This path describes how RSF white paper chapters and supporting materials will be released over time.

RSF Framework — General Overview: five capability-layer needs, three-layer nesting model, scope and usage.

Released · Chapter 2

Six Capability Domains — Overview and Relationship Map: domain definitions, service scenario mapping, four-layer technical architecture mapping, and certification growth pathway.

Standards mapping, 4S adoption logic, innovation contribution, competitive positioning, and glossary.

RFC topics are published for review, comments, and pilot feedback. Early participants can register interest before each RFC is opened.

RFC 0001 · Service lifecycle model

Stage gates, lifecycle records, configuration baselines, and service documentation.

RFC 0002 · Six capability domains

Public feedback on domain boundaries, technical-layer mapping, and inter-domain service scenarios.

RFC 0003 · Certification levels

Professional, Specialist, Expert, and Master tier definitions and authorization boundaries.

RFC 0004 · Service provider network

Manufacturer-service-provider coordination, review participation, and pilot pathways.
