How RobotToday and the RSF Initiative handle contact details, participation inquiries, review-list submissions, and related communications.

Information We Collect

If you contact RSF, submit a participation request, join the review list, or respond to an RFC, RobotToday may receive your name, email address, organization, role, participation track, market focus, topics of interest, notes, and any information you choose to include.

The current MVP form uses email submission. Your email client may include additional metadata such as sender address, timestamp, subject line, and message headers.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, manage reviewer and partner intake, coordinate RFC feedback, evaluate pilot fit, send RSF updates when appropriate, maintain participation records, and improve RSF materials and processes.

Public Attribution

Partner names, logos, comments, feedback, quotes, and pilot details are not published by default. Public attribution should only occur after explicit confirmation by the relevant participant or organization.

Sharing

Information may be shared internally within RobotToday and with people supporting RSF operations when needed to respond, review, coordinate, or maintain records. We do not sell participation contact information.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or with your consent.

Cookies and Analytics

The static RSF MVP website does not require account login. If analytics, hosting logs, CDN logs, or embedded services are added later, they may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and pages viewed.

Retention

Participation and contact information may be retained for as long as needed to manage RSF review activity, maintain a record of feedback, comply with legal obligations, and support future RSF updates. You may request removal from non-essential review-list communications.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures should be used to protect collected information. No email, website, or internet transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request correction, removal from update communications, or review of participation information associated with your email address, subject to reasonable verification and recordkeeping needs.
